Fitness

In Room 13 we try and do fitness most
mornings for 10 minutes. Here is a list of
some of the activities we do for fitness:
  • Chase the tail (see the video)
  • Playground relay
  • Relays
  • Run
  • Circuit activities
  • Tag
  • Stuck in the mud
  • Statues
