Our last day at camp was spent at Swimarama Pools.
Although it wasn't a bright sunny day and the water
was a tad cold, it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves.

Ten Pin Bowling in Panmure was one of our

camp activities. It is not as easy as it looks!

Rock Climbing

One activity we had a go at while we were on

camp, was rock climbing. At first a lot of us were 

nervous. We could climb up easily but coming down

was a bit scary!

Skateland

Skating at Skateland was one of our camp activities.

Some children found it difficult to start with but

by the end they were really good at skating!

Update!

We have settled into our new classroom now, testing is all over and done with for now and it's already week 7! This term is going so fast, but we still have lots of exciting things happening. Room 13 starts swimming today - we will be sure to post some photos for you. The year 5, 6 & 7 camp starts on Wednesday as well. Miss Walters and her nine year 5's can't wait for some new adventures - we even sleep in tents on the school field.

Making Milo

This morning we made milo. I washed 

my hands before I made a milo. I got a 

cup and a teaspoon. I mixed the milo,

milk and hot water. It tasted like chocolate!

Today we went to the staff room to

make

 milo. We needed the milk and the 

milo. I mixed my milo. It was delicious! 

Today we went in to the staff room

in the sickbay. Then we got a cup and the milo 

an milk and hot water. It was yummy! 

Room 13 Works Together

We have been learning to work together so we get

along inside and outside the classroom. 

Water Bombs vs Rain

For our writing experience Miss Walters planned for us

to play a game with water bombs. However her plan

didn't work as it started to rain and we all went a bit 

crazy! We had a lot of fun in the rain, but luckily the sun 

came out shortly after so we could dry off. 

Mateo is a Policeman for a day

I go in a car and it goes 'weoooo, weoooo'. 

I like to help people and have a hat that

I wear all the time. Sometimes I have dogs 

with me. When someone breaks into someone's

house they call them. 

Brodie Jack is a Cowboy

I wear a hat. I have a rope

which I like to swing and catch

animals. I wear a bandana and

have a mustache. 

Hope isn't really a baby!

I am small and play with toys.

I always drink milk and play with my teddy bear. 

I always go to my mum and cry to much.
