Fitness

In Room 13 we try and do fitness most
mornings for 10 minutes. Here is a list of
some of the activities we do for fitness:
  • Chase the tail (see the video)
  • Playground relay
  • Relays
  • Run
  • Circuit activities
  • Tag
  • Stuck in the mud
  • Statues

What do you like to do to keep fit?

    Our class sees you exercising and doing fitness every morning. It's a great start to the day. We might try chase the tail when school starts again on Monday. Hope you're all having an amazing holiday.
